The site is located outside of the municipality Argalasti close to Potistika beach.
The house has been designed and constructed by the current owner in 2009 according to the wishes and needs of this owner.
The extraordinary structure consisting of two floors embedded into well-kept terraces, walkways and a fabulous garden.
- Basement: livingroom with fireplace, dining, kitchen, toilet, staircase
- First floor: bedroom, luxury bathroom, and balcony.
All in all approx. 52 m2.
The walls are made from insulating brick blocks, roughcast on both sides, the floors are made either from tiles or from wooden boards.
All windows - using special insulating glass - were manufactured of Meranti, what is a hardwood from tropical Africa.
The roofs are very well insulated and traditionally covered with local slabs set in mortar.
The complete house has been built with ecologically suitable materials.
The central heating system reaches to all the rooms - the house is habitable all the year round. The whole structure is brandnew.
Because of the house's position on a hillside it is surrounded with stretches of stone and roughcast walls and unobstructed views are guaranteed therefore.

Separated ownership: The Condominium Act requires a clear separation between the condominium property, which is also referred to as special property of residential and other spaces (e.g. garages, etc.) and the common property (terraces, pools, driveways etc.).
The separation declaration is issued by the Construction Authorities, and together with the partition plan and the partition deed it forms the legal basis for converting a property into condominiums and common property.
The partion deed then submits the real property and the buildings to the statutory provisions that govern condominiums, divides a single property into individually owned units, includes restrictions on their use and provides for ownership of common areas!
