Traditional stone house in Argalasti
If walls could talk, this house would have some stories to tell. Dating back to 1870-1900, the heart of this traditional stone house has seen much of Greece’s recent history. However, it certainly doesn’t look its age, as it was renovated and modernized between 1987-1989, and has been well maintained. The house offers 128 square meters of living space on two levels, as well as a garden of approximately 170 m².
On the upper level, one can find one bed- and one bathroom (with a hip bath), as well as the cozy living room equipped with an open fireplace, a toilet, and the eat-in kitchen.
The lower level includes one big and one small bedroom, as well as a toilet with space for the washing machine and a storage room. There’s even an outdoor shower!
Heating is provided through the fireplace in the living room, a furnace in the kitchen, and electric and oil radiators. The house has solar panels for hot water (which can be heated electrically as well), a SAT-Antenna, and a phone line.
